The Durst Organization plans a residential tower of up to 25 stories on the parking lot it is in the process of acquiring from the city just north of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.

CPA Firm BKD Relocates Within Durst Portfolio
Accounting firm BKD LLP signed a full-floor lease for 20,899 square feet at the Durst Organization’s 1155 Ave. of the Americas. It’s a relocation from Durst’s 655 Third Ave., where BKD established its first New York City office in July 2018 when Loeb & Troper LLP merged with the firm.
