Carta snags new office space in One World Trade Center
Two tenants duked it out for the 82nd floor of One World Trade Center and, as the Post’s Steve Cuozzo reported in June, Olo won. Now, the second tenant, Carta, has leased 36,099 square feet on the 81st floor. Carta. also known as eshares, has outgrown its space at the nearby 515 Greenwich St.

Food ordering platform Olo joins tech roster at 1 WTC
The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that Olo has signed a 10-year lease for 36,099 s/f on the entire 82nd floor of One World Trade Center. The technology company, founded in 2005, is moving its headquarters from 26 Broadway.

Olo Orders Up Full Floor at 1 WTC
Digital restaurant ordering platform Olo has leased the 36,099-square-foot 82nd floor of One World Trade Center in a relocation from 26 Broadway. Separately, AI company ASAPP Inc. has expanded by 10,691 square feet for a total of 36,690 square feet on the tower’s 80th floor.
