Rendering released for 70-story tower, Queens Plaza Park, in Long Island City
Renderings were released last week of a 70-story tower set to stand behind the Clock Tower in Long Island City. The site at 29-37 41st Ave. was previously purchased by developers Kevin Maloney and Kamran Hakim in 2015 but ultimately decided to sell it to The Durst Organization.
