February’s top offices leases followed January’s lead in terms of the size of the space. The top 10 office lease deals totaled 1.2 million square feet, matching January’s top 10 leases, which also totaled 1.2 million square feet.

Oxford Properties, Durst invest in startup Honest Buildings

Honest Buildings raised $8 million from Oxford Properties Group, the Durst Organization and DivCo West Real Estate Investments. The new funding is an addition to the firm’s Series B round, which it announced in October, and brings its total funding to $36 million.
