New York, NY (August 20, 2025) – The Durst Organization today announced that Haven Capital Partners signed a lease for 5,163 square feet on the 35th floor of 825 Third Avenue. This latest lease at the LEED Gold-certified tower continues strong momentum following the 40-story building’s recent $150 million renovation.
